Support Coordination
Support Coordination helps build your ability to act independently. This can include empowering you to access and co-ordinate your supports and providing assistance to help you participate more in your community.
Community Participation
This funding covers the support that NDIS participants need to meet goals relating to participating in the community, social or recreational activities. These activities may be provided in a center or in a community setting.
Assist -Life Stage, Transition
This service is about the transition from your life before the NDIS to your life with the NDIS on a day to day basis.
Assistive Product Personal Care/Safety
This service enables our client’s to easily access products that are especially designed for personal care and safety.
Assistance in Access and Maintain Employment
We can give you workplace assistance to successfully find, keep, or get promoted to better jobs in the open or supported labour market.
Innovative Community Participation
We support you to build skills that allow you to participate actively in your community, and events.
Communication and Information Equipment
We can assist you with finding alternate communication or to access written or spoken communication via electronic or other means. This will help you achieve greater independence, increase your community participation, and improve your quality of life.
Household Tasks
Assistance in Household tasks, including essential tasks that the client is not able to undertake, such as meal preparation and delivery, house or yard maintenance, cleaning and laundry.
Assist - Personal Activities and Daily Living
Aiding/ Supervising Individuals with personal daily tasks in order to give you the support you need to live as independently as possible.
Assistive Products – Household Tasks
We can provide a variety of individually designed products which make our client’s daily life easier and more accessible.
Assistance with Travel and Transport.
We can arrange and assist our client’s with travel and transport options over long and short term such as attending Allied health professional & hospital appoint- ments, going to social activities and visiting your GP.
Development Life Skills
We can provide training and development across a range of life skills such as, personal hygiene, maintaining cleanliness in your home, and transport and travel, so that you can make the most of your life.
Personal Mobility Equipment
We can assist you with obtaining appropriate mobility equipment for your needs, as per individual needs to maintain independence such as, equipment for walking, wheelchair and transfer aid.
Groups and Centre Activities
We will assist the participants to participate in group-based community, social and recreational activities.
